Vicious cycle of anxiety

Many of the people I work with suffer from anxiety and it can really impact negatively on their lives. Below is an example of what can fuel someone's anxiety. However, when working together we can implement strategies that can break the cycle. For example, we can look at negative thinking styles and learn more balanced ways of thinking. We can also learn better coping strategies and implement positive behavioural changes.
